Within walking distance is the arboretum Park Southern Cultures, Pyaterochka supermarket, Sochifornia beach and Mandarin Beach, where a large selection of catering establishments is presented. Booking cancellation	Cancellation of the reservation with a refund of the prepayment is possible no later than one day before arrival.
Accommodation of pets	Pets are not allowed.
Placement of children	Children under 3 years old (inclusive) stay free of charge.

Стоимость номеров	В отеле применяется динамическое ценообразование- т.е. стоимость за каждую ночь зависит от спроса и может меняться в течение дня. При бронировании номера итоговая стоимость фиксируется и больше не изменяется. Цена номера зависит от выбранного количества гостей.
Запрет курения	В номерах курение строго зарещено, в том числе эл. сигареты, вейпы. Курение возможно в специально отведенных местах.
